Terms of Sale – momo'store

1. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the momo'store online shop, operated by momo'store, email: momostore@cgc-rdc.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale.

2. Products We describe and present our products as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices Prices are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the carrier and destination and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. momo'store may change its prices at any time, but products are charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Orders You confirm your order after reviewing your cart. You'll receive an order confirmation by email. momo'store may cancel an order if there's a problem with payment, stock availability or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Payment is due in full when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are secure.

6. Shipping Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal Under French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Return terms are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Warranties All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Personal data Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If there's a dispute, please contact us first at momostore@cgc-rdc.com so we can find a solution. If that doesn't work, you can use a consumer mediation service free of charge, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
