Shipping destinations We ship to mainland France, all European Union countries, and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping costs Shipping costs depend on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Delivery times Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, the delivery time depends on the carrier you choose and the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs and duties For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, etc.), customs duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at momostore@cgc-rdc.com within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date), with photos if possible. We'll sort it out quickly.
